I met Richard, Andy & Tony at Ditchling Beacon on the South Downs Way.
The guys were on their annual expedition from Worthing to Eastbourne along the South Downs Way. They were planning on an overnight stay just outside of Alfriston so that they could spend the evening eating and drinking in the ‘Sussex Ox’ pub – a good choice!
This is what mountain bike riding is all about, getting out and a good time bunch of mates. It doesn’t matter what sort of riding you prefer it all fits into the category of having fun in the fresh air.
