Roo Fowler MBR photo man is very quick both up and down, MBR editor Matt is quicker everytime we ride with him and Rob Dean dispesnses wisdom in a friendly way, chatting as I’m panting for breath!

Jim, Ronnie, BigSi and me are slow!
